Terms of Service
What the service does, what it will not do, and where responsibility sits between us.
Last updated 10 September 2026
This document describes our intended practices in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1.Agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Nexwawe Infotech for use of Flow. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2.What the service does
Flow finds opportunities, scores them against facts you have verified, and prepares drafts for you to review. It has three modules: Career, for job seekers; Sales, for finding and winning clients; and Collect, for recovering overdue invoices.
The defining constraint is that AI prepares and recommends, and you decide. No application, outreach message, proposal or payment reminder leaves the platform without your explicit approval.
3.You are responsible for what you send
Because you approve every outgoing action, you are responsible for it. Review each draft before approving it. Approving a draft means you are satisfied that it is accurate and appropriate to send.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own use complies with the law that applies to you — including anti-spam and electronic-marketing rules if you use Sales, and debt-communication rules if you use Collect. Flow provides suppression, opt-out handling and approval controls to help, but it cannot make a message lawful on your behalf.
4.No guarantee of outcomes
A match score measures suitability against the evidence available. It is not a prediction that you will be hired, that a prospect will buy, or that an invoice will be paid.
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, replies, deals, or recovery of any amount. Nothing in the product or our marketing should be read as such a guarantee.
5.Not legal, immigration or financial advice
Flow may compare wording in a job posting against work-authorization facts you have recorded, and flag anything that needs your attention. That is a comparison, not a determination of your legal eligibility to work anywhere.
Nothing the service produces is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
6.Truthfulness and acceptable use
The AI may only draw on facts you have verified in your profile. It will not fabricate skills, employers, clients, results or qualifications. You must not attempt to make it do so, and you must not enter facts you know to be false.
You must not use Flow to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging in breach of applicable anti-spam law.
- Harass, threaten or mislead anyone, including in payment communications.
- Misrepresent your identity, experience, qualifications or business.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute opportunity or prospect data obtained through the platform.
- Circumvent the approval step or any usage limit on your plan.
7.Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 to use Flow.
8.Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a stated monthly allowance, and usage-based data credits are shown before you spend them.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
If we change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified before the change applies to them.
9.Your content and our platform
Your profile, documents, drafts and records remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them in order to provide the service, and nothing more.
The platform itself — the software, scoring methodology, interface and branding — remains ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.
10.Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not offer a formal uptime commitment at this stage. If that changes we will publish the commitment rather than imply one.
11.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.
You may close your account at any time and export your data before doing so.
12.Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Flow is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost revenue or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
14.Changes to these terms
If we make a material change we will notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.
